轴端挡圈标准是什么

本标准适用于在轴端上固定零(部)件时用螺钉紧固的挡圈
本标准规定了公称直径D=20~100mm的螺钉紧固轴端挡圈

公称直径D=45mm,材料为A3,不经表面处理的A型螺钉曼固轴端挡圈的标记示例:

按B型制造时,应加标记B
挡圈GB891-86-B45

在轴外圆上加工一圈环形坑，用弹性材料制成圆环形，但是没有闭合，有个缺口，用工具将挡圈拉大成椭圆形，套进轴上的环形坑里，松掉工具，挡圈就弹回圆形卡到环形坑里了，就能挡住套在轴上的其它东西不滑出来。
