　　「松江会馆」主要供作广达公司上海部门高阶主管的招待会馆及宿舍或差旅住宿之用。除了旅馆住宿之外，招待会馆所需承载的机能，包括游泳池、桑拿房、电影院、KTV、餐厅、商店、咖啡厅等多功能娱乐设施的使用空间。

　　当初，建筑物在旅馆用途的前提下，被设计成由一较矮的长方形量体，结合一较高的圆形柱体而成。长方形建筑量体上方，并有4个大小不等的圆形开口，作为采光之用。设计师胡硕峰表示，指出设计主轴便是延续建筑量体的特性，藉由串联这些虚空间与开放空间，解决上述诸多使用机能。

　　架构

　　若从整体城市规划的角度来看，城市发展轨迹中所留下的都市节点，如花园、广场等，往往与都市发展结构的连系性紧密呼应，同时，也是凝聚周围建筑群的焦点所在，一如巴黎或者其他历史文化悠久的城镇。

　　针对此规划案必须承载的机能复杂性，将其类比为一座缩小的城市，运用擅长的都市规划思考来建构此案的空间框架以及整体平面配置的依据。透过都市规划的角度，在建筑内部置入适当轴线与既有建筑的纹理(如开出的采光罩)产生呼应，当人们沿着在规划的轴线上前进，通过分散于建筑量体内的这些节点，得以进入不同性质的空间。不仅解释了这个犹如微型城市的空间架构，同时也巧妙界定出公领域与私领域之间的微妙关系。

　　节点

　　从入口开始，藉由主轴线的引导开始铺陈整个建筑内的叙述架构，主轴线的通道立面以垂直线的切割掌握着行进间的节奏律动，将两个巨型的建筑量体连结起来。利用原本?有的采光罩位置作出不同的转换空间，赋予节点的意义，凝聚出周围空间。

　　当人们自入口沿着律动的轴线向前，将来到第一个节点，这是餐饮空间的转换地，并可吸纳、转换众多的用餐人口，同时也暗示着交谊聚会的场所所在性。到了第二个节点，则进入旅馆的接待区，统辖整间宿舍的进出，以一个更具隐私、静谧的场域，连结户外中庭的自然造景，作为室内与环境的对话。由这个节点向右延伸出另一垂直轴线，串联另外两个小节点，分别引导通往电影院、KTV的娱乐空间，以及桑拿、健身房、游泳池等运动空间。

　　城市规划经由每一节点所创造的内聚性包被空间，进而在微型城市的架构中，再现如都市纹理、生活空间、建筑、街道等空间经验的丰富性，让人们即使在室内，也能透过不同的转换空间(节点)，重新经验空间的惊奇与发现，借此再现人们对场所精神的价值与认同。

QSMCHotel&Club
“Sun-ZienGuestHouse”isaguesthouseforQSMC’shigh-rankingofficerswhoaretemporarilylodgedhereorforentertainingcompanyguests.Itisbuiltnotonlyasalodgingfacilitybutalsoasacomplexofrelaxationwhichincludesfacilitiessuchasswimmingpool,saunarooms,theater,KTV,restaurant,shoppingandcoffeeshops.

Layout:
Thewholebuildingcomplexcanbeseenasananalogofthelivingcityinminiaturethathassimilarstreets,plazasandgardens.Thedevelopmentofacityalwaysleaveshistoricaltracesthatholdthecollectivememoryofthosewhodwellwithin.Asasamelayout,thewholestructureisformedandbuilt;ithassomestreetsthenthebuildingfabricisinsertedaroundthem.Asonewalksalongthe‘street’onewilleventuallyconfrontaplazathisisapivotpointwhichmakescleartheorientation.Fromitoneisabouttoenteranotherzonefromthepreviousone.Thisprecisestreetpatternmarksacleardistinctionofthespatialdomaindefinedbythespatialhierarchicalorder.

Nexus
Fromtheentrance,oneisdirectlyguidedbya“mainstreet”,framedbyspacesdividedaccordingtoaharmoniousfa?aderhythm.Thisaxislinkstwomainspatialdomains.Skylightsappearinnexuspointwherethetwo‘streets”meetandgiveahintofspatialtransformation.Theperimeterofthenexus(plaza)clearlyfostersanenclosuredefiningaplaceforgathering.

Thefirstnexusisafoodcourt;withitsspaciousness,onewillcomfortablyenjoyfoodwithouttheusualcongestionandnoise.Thisisalsoalocationforgatheringandoccasionssuchthecompany’sinternalparty.Thesecondnexusfollowingthemainstreetendinaplaza,whichservesastheguesthousereception.Thismoresecludedandtranquilspaceactsasacontrolpointforguestsbutalsoasatransitiontoacourtyardwhereonecanlingerandquietlycontemplateagarden.Anannexedpathforkingofffromthereceptionleadsqueststootherminorcourts.OnestretchestothemovietheaterandKTVwhiletheotherislinkedtotheswimmingpool,gymandsaunarooms.

Theguesthouseisaminiaturecitywherethecityexperienceisrecreatedasifonestilllivesinacityfullyloadedwithfacilitiestosatisfyeveryone’sneeds.Street,plaza,zone,andboundary,derivedfromthe“cityimages”positedbyKevinLynchin1960’sinterpolatethemselvesintotheplanthatiseventuallyrealizedinthisuniquefacility.
